Contact FlowRadar

Include your account email, device/iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help; hide personal information first. Never send your password, payment-card number or a login token.

Get FlowRadar on iPhone or the web

Download FlowRadar from the App Store for iPhone, or open the web app. Sign in using the same FlowRadar account to access your Radars and results.

A Radar has no results yet

New Radars may need up to two hours to initialise. Check that the Radar is active, its location and keywords are correct, and its filters are not too restrictive. Later checks follow your plan’s schedule and search hours. Source outages and unavailable listings can affect results.

Manage or restore an Apple subscription

In the iPhone app, open Profile → Subscription to view plans, restore purchases or manage your subscription. For cancellation, open Apple subscription settings. Request an Apple refund at Report a Problem.

If you paid through a web checkout, use your web account’s billing portal or contact us. Apple and web subscriptions are managed separately.

Delete your account

In the iPhone app, open Profile → Delete account and follow the password and deletion confirmations. This removes your account and its history from the active service. If you use the web app or cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your account to request deletion. We may verify account ownership.

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it through Apple if you want to stop renewals. See our Privacy Policy for provider cleanup and retention.

Notifications

In the iPhone app, notifications are optional and can be enabled from Profile. Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → FlowRadar if alerts are disabled or hidden by Focus settings. Delivery depends on your connection, device settings, matching listings and service availability.

Privacy and content concerns

In the iPhone app, open a listing, tap the three-dot menu, and choose Report listing. A report hides that listing from your feed and alerts and sends it for review. When a verified seller identity is available, Block seller also hides their other listings. You can still report a listing when seller blocking is unavailable.

For a privacy request, an incorrect listing or a rights concern, email support with the relevant source URL and enough detail to investigate. FlowRadar does not sell listed items or control third-party listings. Seller transactions and disputes should also be raised with the seller or original marketplace.
