FLOWRADAR · APPSTUDIOHUB

Terms of Use

Effective 6 September 2026. These terms cover the FlowRadar website, mobile app and saved-search service.

1. About these terms

FlowRadar is operated by Daniil Bystrov, an individual developer trading as AppStudioHub (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using FlowRadar, you agree to these terms. FlowRadar is an automated-search utility for a general audience. You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms or, where permitted by law, use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts them on your behalf. Purchases must be authorised by someone with the legal capacity to make them. If you act for a business, you must be authorised to bind it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Questions about these terms can be sent to daniil.bystrov@gmail.com.

2. Automatic searches and listing alerts

FlowRadar checks Facebook Marketplace for listings that match your saved searches (“Radars”). Choose keywords, a search area, distance and budget, then let your Radars run on their plan schedule. You can receive alerts about new matches and price changes, review the results, and open the original listing. Features, search capacity and check intervals depend on your plan.

A new Radar may take up to two hours to initialise. Checks follow the plan schedule and supported search hours. Source restrictions, outages, changes to listings and your search settings can delay or prevent results. We do not guarantee complete coverage, uninterrupted service, instant delivery, a particular saving, or that an item is still available.

Scores, price comparisons and other automated signals are estimates for information only. They are not appraisals, warranties, financial advice or assurances that a seller or transaction is safe.

3. Your account

Keep your account information accurate and your password confidential. You are responsible for your use of the service and for activity you authorise. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require password confirmation for sensitive changes and may restrict activity that appears fraudulent or abusive.

Do not impersonate others, share access to bypass plan limits, interfere with other accounts, or use FlowRadar to collect personal information unlawfully.

4. Marketplace content and purchases

FlowRadar provides automated searches and alerts. It does not sell the items in listings, collect payment for them, arrange delivery or become a party to a transaction with a seller. You are responsible for checking the original listing, seller, condition, current price, payment terms and safety before acting.

Titles, photos, descriptions, seller details and prices belong to or originate from third parties. They may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated or removed. The source marketplace’s terms and privacy policy apply when you visit it. Contact, payment, pickup, shipping, returns and disputes concerning a listed item take place outside FlowRadar.

Results and alerts can include marketplace listings that have not been individually reviewed or approved by FlowRadar. Listings and their photos can change. We apply prohibited-sale rules and can investigate reports, restrict content or remove listings. These measures do not identify every unsuitable item or verify a seller’s identity, rights to an item, its authenticity or its condition. Use the available reporting, hiding and seller-blocking controls, or contact Support about harmful, unlawful or infringing content.

FlowRadar is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Facebook. Their names and marks remain the property of their owners. Displaying third-party material does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

5. Plans and Apple subscriptions

Free access and optional paid plans may be available. The app shows the features, local price and billing period offered to your account before you buy. Single Radar renews weekly; Fast Finder, Deal Master and Pro Radar renew monthly. The initial iOS release has no introductory trial. Any future trial or introductory offer applies only when it is expressly shown and you are eligible. Existing separately granted access remains subject to the terms of that grant.

iOS in-app subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. RevenueCat helps us verify purchases and maintain your access. Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before expiry.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and access continues until the paid period ends, subject to refunds or revocation. Apple handles refund requests at Report a Problem, under its policies and applicable law.

Use “Restore purchases” in the app while signed into the appropriate FlowRadar account to recover eligible access. Restoration depends on the store’s purchase records and verification. Contact support if a completed purchase is missing.

Deleting the app, signing out, pausing Radars or deleting your FlowRadar account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage your Apple subscription before deleting your account if you wish to stop renewals. You do not have to wait for a subscription to expire to delete your account.

If a paid web plan is offered, its checkout identifies the price, billing interval and any trial before confirmation. Stripe processes that payment. Manage or cancel a web subscription through the billing portal in your web account. These purchases are separate from Apple purchases; contact us about web billing errors or refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

6. Account deletion

The iPhone app provides “Delete account” in Profile. Confirm with your current password and the deletion acknowledgement. Successful deletion removes the account and its associated Radars, listing history, alerts, sessions and registered devices from the active service. Account-specific permanent access is also removed. This action cannot be undone.

A separately billed web subscription must be cancelled before local deletion completes. Apple subscriptions remain controlled by Apple. Provider cleanup and any limited retention are described in the Privacy Policy. For help with a web account or inaccessible account, use Support.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use FlowRadar only for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Do not search for or promote prohibited goods, infringe another person’s rights, harass people, introduce malicious code, overload the service, bypass access controls or limits, or resell access without permission. Do not copy or extract the service systematically, or reverse engineer it except to the extent the law permits.

We and our licensors own FlowRadar’s software, interface and original branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose, subject to these terms. Third-party content remains owned by its respective rights holders.

8. Availability, suspension and liability

We may change or discontinue features, maintain the service, or suspend access for a material breach, security risk or legal requirement. When practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid access and honour rights required by law. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee that it will meet every need or operate without errors. We are not responsible for losses caused by a third-party seller, marketplace, listing error, missed alert or service outside our control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Nothing removes mandatory consumer guarantees, cancellation rights, remedies or rights to bring a claim in a court available under applicable law.

9. Apple licence terms

The iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement. Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting FlowRadar. Your use of Apple services remains subject to Apple’s own terms. These service terms supplement the standard licence without limiting mandatory rights.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. For material changes, we will provide notice through the service or another suitable channel and obtain consent where required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
